It deliberately does not tell you what to fix first, or how. That part is different for every profile.
- Go to myFICO.com and pull your 3B report (all three reporting agencies). Enter the one-time code they text you.
- Open the full report in your browser and print it to PDF — every section expanded, nothing filtered. The Accounts section must show every account, open and closed.
- Upload that PDF here. Your diagnostic lands in your inbox within a few minutes.
What happens to your report. It is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on a private server. Steve Snyder is the only person who sees it. It is never sold, shared, or used for anything other than preparing your diagnostic, and the original file is deleted after 90 days. myFICO masks your Social Security number before the report is ever downloaded — the file you upload carries at most the last 4 digits, and we never ask for the rest.
